Business Card DVD-Recordable (360 MByte)

A business card DVD-R is simply a regular DVD-R that is shaped to rectangular business card shape. The business card DVD-R is great for larger introductions, samples of your work, your resume, and the like. It has a capacity of 360 MB.

Warning: The business card DVD-R cannot be used in a slot loading device - such as some DVD players in cars and computers. However, it can be used in a tray loading device that has two trays - one for a normal sized DVDs and a smaller, deeper tray for the business card DVD.

Lead time is about 7-10 working days. If you need your order sooner, we will try to rush your order without extra fees.

How to do the Artwork and Content:
If you use Photoshop, please rasterize all your text layers. If you use Illustrator, please make all your text as outline. Remember that you are responsible for the artwork creation. Download the templatehere to help you get started. You will need either Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to open the template.

If you do not have Photoshop or Illustrator, then submit your artwork as TIFF, BMP, or JPG. If you use unique fonts, then please submit in the font files as well.

Make sure that all artwork is:
1. 300 dpi,
2. in CMYK mode,
3. and the width is 80mm, and the height is 61mm. Please leave 1mm along the edge as bleed. The diameter of the inner non printable area is 23mm.

Make sure you place your content on a working DVD-R master or a DLT tape.

There are two ways to submit your content and artwork:
1. Preferred: Place the finished artwork on a CD and the content on a working DVD-R master or DLT tape and send it to:

2.Electronically: Use www.yousendit.com to send the artwork and content electronically to info@spell.com. Please submit your artwork and/or content as a disc image in ISO, NERO, Toast, or other compatible formats.
